Khuram Hussain is responsible for the data on this site. The short version: only what is needed, stored carefully, never sold.
What we keep
Your name, email address, a salted hash of your password, your encrypted authenticator key, hashed recovery codes, the messages you send, your membership status, and a security log of sign-ins with IP address. If you use the contact form without an account, we keep your name, email address, message and IP address.
Why
To run your account and membership, to answer your messages and requests, and to protect the platform against abuse. Nothing is sold, and there is no advertising or tracking on this site.
Account and security emails (a welcome, a note when Khuram replies, a warning if someone tries to break into your account) are sent through Resend. Khuram's replies are never included in those emails; you read them in your account.
Payments
Payments are handled by Mollie B.V. in Amsterdam. Card and bank details go straight to Mollie and never reach this site.
How long
Account data stays while your account exists. Security logs are kept for up to twelve months, contact form requests for up to two years. Ask for deletion at any time and your account, messages and requests are removed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Email mail@khuram.nl or message Khuram from your account. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
